The real story
Bochi started with nothing. No investor. No loan. No safety net. Just three brothers — Nabeel, Sahil, and Hamdaan — and the belief that food and drinks should never be average.
We bought a waffle iron. We tested recipes. We invented the Croffle — a croissant pressed into a waffle, topped with whatever your heart wants. We opened a small spot in Crawford. People came. They kept coming.
But we're stuck in one spot. A food truck changes everything — we can be at every market, every event, every neighborhood in Cape Town. We can feed more people. We can employ more people. We can build the Bochi we've always pictured.
